This telling quote comes from one Dan Kennedy’s best selling books, and it’s right on target.
Yes, you might love your small business lifestyle. Yes, you might find it interesting to learn new things online, but at the end of the day you probably chose internet marketing because you want to be in charge of your life.
Too often we tend to end up in “slavery” to ever increasing demands on our time instead. There are so many different elements of internet marketing we feel we should master.
Do you ever wake up in the morning feeling the gap is widening between what you should be doing, and what you actually have the time and energy to accomplish?
There are many survey companies that you can sign up for for free and complete surveys. There is no need to pay someone a ridiculous fee of .00 to get the same information that you can get for free.
I love dogs, photography, writing short stories, walking in nature, helping my friends choose a new computer, and many more things. Some of these passions began about forty years ago, when I was just a child.
Now make a second list of the things you have experience with. They may be related to jobs and careers, but may also include situations that you had no choice in. My experiences include being a classroom teacher, working in real estate as an appraiser and broker, surviving cancer, caring for an elderly parent, home schooling, being involved in charities and fundraising, and more. These are all a part of who I am and what I am knowledgeable about. Don’t leave anything off of your list, as it will be valuable in choosing the right niche for you.
The main issue with these types of sites is that there are many people from countries who are willing to do these projects for pennies on the dollar. This means that if you bid higher than them, you will not be awarded the project. It can be frustrating because not many people want to do all the work involved for pennies on the dollar.
Your best option for part time jobs online is to start your own business. The advantages to this are low start up costs and very little overhead. All you require is an internet connection and a computer. Sorting through the volumes of information available can be very frustrating, so it is a good idea to find a site that offers everything you need in one place so that you can begin building your business
